We would like to inform you that we are recalling the following product as a precaution for safety reasons:

Product: Bluestein Charging Pad
Distributed by: Bluestein GmbH

What is the problem?
As part of product safety inspections, it was found that the charging pad may overheat under certain circumstances. In rare cases, this can pose a risk of fire or electric shock.

What should you do?
Please do not continue to use the product.

Since returning the product would be inconvenient for you and reuse is excluded, we ask you to dispose of the charging pad properly via an electronic waste collection point (e.g., local recycling center or electronics recycling) or household waste. A return shipment is not required.

You will of course receive a full refund of the purchase price, even if you dispose of it yourself, credited back to the original payment method. You do not need to do anything further and will receive the amount within 2 working days.

Important when passing on the product:
If you have already passed on, gifted, or sold the product, we urgently ask you to also inform the current users about this recall. This is an important contribution to avoiding possible safety risks.

Privacy notice:
This notification is made on the basis of legal obligations according to the Product Safety Act (§ 6 and § 22 ProdSG) for hazard prevention and serves to protect your health. Contact by e-mail is also permitted in this context without prior consent (§ 7 para. 3 UWG, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR).
